Our sessions will be either in-person, over the phone, or video call (Zoom, Skype, Teams or What’s App) or a combination of the above, depending on your needs.
If you agree to me taking notes during our sessions, I will always share my notes with you. With your permission, I will also be happy to record our session (either audio or video) and share the recording with you after the session.
At the end of each session you will also have some specific actions designed by you that you could implement to make progress on your goals.
After our first informal chat I will invite you to two 1 hour (2 hours in total) free sessions. The purpose of these sessions will be to 1) support you in finding solutions to the issues you are working making progress on achieving your goals, and 2) allow you the opportunity to decide if you want to enter into a coaching contact with me.
